There is a third room at the back that can be used as a 3rd bedroom, an office, a storage space or modified into an additional studio flat. The top floor has two studio units with a shared covered verandah. The units have a slight bedroom divider and both feature open living areas as well as kitchenettes and en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs behind the two flats is a generous storage room with build in shelving.

The second structure, the property's northern-most building, is very similar to the first. It has an area of approximately 2,736 sq. ft. The ground floor offers a 2 bed and 1 bath apartment looking out onto a large stone patio that also overlooks the garden and sea. The lower flat of the building also features tiled floors and high ceilings in all rooms including the living, dining and kitchen area. The ground floor of this structure is concrete block construction and offers additional room on the southern side that is used as a laundry bodega room, and on the west to the back is an office room with its own entrance and a built-in mahogany desk. There is an additional studio apartment with a full kitchen and en-suite bathroom behind the front-facing 2 bedroom flat that is occupied by the B&B manager. The top floor is also built of durable timber construction and features two units, one very large, one smaller. The units are tiled and have a bedroom divider, open living room, study, and kitchenette. Both give out onto a large veranda providing stunning views of the sea.

Overall, the property can hold a total of 26 guests in seven private suites. (five single bedrooms and two double bedroom suites not including the manager’s apartment at the back.) This property has a 5 star reputation on Trip Advisor, a great location, access to all utilities, and is in very close proximity to convenience stores, restaurants, etc.
